If we do not receive a response by then,
your booking will be considered a no-show and cancelled.

When is the tour?
We have tours on every weekends. Please check schedules on our Instagram and Tour Reservation on the website.

How can I make a reservation a tour?
Fill in a reservation form on Tour Reservation tab above on the website.
The form is closed by 2PM on the day before the tour.
If you want to join after RSVP is closed, you may join on-site but please contact us first.
Plus, Please remember to reply to the guide by 11:59 PM the night before your tour.
If we do not receive a response by then, your booking will be considered a no-show and cancelled.

I want to change / cancel the tour I booked.
Please contact us via e-mail or Instagram as qucikly as possible.

When does the tour get canceled?
If we determine that the tour cannot proceed due to natural disasters, heat wave/cold wave, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be canceled. In case of cancellation, you will be notified via email, so please make sure to check your inbox.
